- Maintain and share industry knowledge with client, especially key themes such as sustainable travel, responsible travel and NDC
- Develop creative pricing strategies and contributing to ongoing client P&L management.
- Ensure service delivery is as per contract, through KPI and SLA measurement
- Maintain and increase client web of influence
- Increasing profitability by proactively identifying new opportunities and delivering innovative solutions that continue to add value to our clients.
- Develop client innovation forums, including agenda ideas and content, guest speakers, panelists, and facilitators specific to driving premium revenue.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of key business drivers, organizational culture, and the competitive position of the client.
- React to changing client needs and be prepared to flex to new projects
- Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews
- Proactively recognize risks, identify an action plan and coordinate mitigation actions with Traveler Care leaders
- Lead internal and external communications with regards to GBT specific projects such as change to client facing or back-office IT system changes.
- Must be able to travel 25% of the time
- Keen ability to communicate GBT’s value proposition up to and including the “C Suite”.
- Demonstrated ability to create strategic vision, build action plans, set goals.
- A sophisticated range of communication and presentation skills to present complex ideas in a simple and compelling way to a wide variety of audiences.
- Must have 3+ years of account/client management, DAR, sales, or consulting experience required.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain a comprehensive network, both internally and externally, to optimally navigate through client organizations.
- Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills required.
- Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills required, in addition to project management, prioritization, and planning skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Previous global service delivery /account implementations experience a plus.
- Strong financial skill and analytical mentality required to demonstrate the key drivers of profitability.
- Shown ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value proposition knowledge in a variety of contexts.
- Previous experience with global clients with $100M in travel spend preferred.
