What You'll Endeavor
Strategic Campaigns and Insightful Counsel
Collaborate with key business sectors to design and implement innovative communication strategies that bolster our growth initiatives and strategic priorities at Amex GBT.
Provide guidance for operational and transformative endeavors, offering expert advice on effective communication and engagement strategies.
Initiate proactive identification of communication opportunities, shaping strategic plans that fortify various business sectors.
Establish processes, content, and channels that empower leaders to effectively communicate and engage with their teams.
Engaging Content and Diverse Channels
Whether brief or elaborate, you craft content that captivates across a spectrum of channels, addressing senior leaders and an array of topics with finesse.
Cultivate an approachable and authentic tone for all internal content.
Oversee a blend of internal communication platforms and media, curating compelling multimedia content such as videos, podcasts, and infographics. Continuously uncover novel avenues for engagement.
Play an active role in an intranet editorial team, dedicated to impactful news content and engagement opportunities.
Contribute to the overarching internal editorial calendar, advising internal stakeholders on optimal channels, timing, and content.

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $140,000 annually, in alignment with the national standards. The precise compensation will reflect factors such as the role's scope, complexity, and the successful candidate's pertinent experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
