Human Resources Operations Manager

The HR Operations Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, and strengths-based HR team supporting a Global financial services company. Key Responsibilities:

• Execution of the HR strategy under the direction of the CHRO
• Work closely with leadership and support them in people-related initiatives and opportunities.
• Lead the development, alignment and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Liaise with our legal department, and provide ownership and resolution to employee relations escalations, providing coaching as needed.
• Oversee & participate in talent initiatives including recruiting of senior level roles.
• Research HR best practices in the development of initiatives, programs, and policies
• Lead and direct HR operations across the US, including acting as lead for US HR governance across multiple states.
• Retrieve and analyze people data to aid in investigations, identify business opportunities and assist with decision making.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated the following competencies:

• Experience managing employee relations concerns and coaching managers on performance management best practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Able to take direction and follow through multi-step project steps/procedures consistently.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.
• Excellent organizational management skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
• Experience in the leadership and administration of Human Resources policies and processes.

Qualifications:

• An Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience
• Desirable: CHRL Designation

Salary range: $80,000 to $120,000 annually
