About the Role
This opening is for a Contract HR Generalist position on the Human Resources team based in Fremont, California. The Contract HR Generalist will provide a range of core HR support including; onboarding assistance, benefits administration, and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship with all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reporting (hires, terminations, headcount, attrition, etc.)
- Utilize Oracle to track new hire’s and temporary employees
- Other duties as assigned
- Aid in the recruiting process
- Partner with the business to create certificates/awards (create/frame)
- Workers compensation - submitting claims, accommodation forms, answering questions
- Work cross-functionally with external departments to answer employee questions
- Assign learning/training in Oracle
- Assist with offboarding
- Leave of absence (LOA) premium payment tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Detail oriented, conscientious (always follows through on commitments), analytical and curious.
- Demonstrated passion for client-services, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 1-3+ years of HR specialist or Generalist experience in a very fast-paced environment.
