Who You Are:


This role will be fast-paced and demanding. We are looking for someone who is inspired and ambitious. There will be key roles to fill and many more opening up as we continue our expansion. You will be part of a family team that is dedicated to building a national institution. With that will be lots of hard work, long hours so you will need to be someone who feels fulfilled by audacious goals and growth. There is a can-do attitude that anything is possible on our team and you will be expected to make it happen.


Responsibilities:


Manages workforce planning, sourcing and candidate selection and placement process within the organization. Analyzes current and future organizational workforce needs and implements plans to ensure quality staffing continuity. Understands external labor market conditions and establishes networks to build relationships with candidates, agencies, schools, and associations and attract diverse quality talent. Implements a consistent job profiling and candidate selection process to identify potential placement and fit.


Key Accountabilities: These will be the metrics your job performance evaluation will be based off of.


Recruiting:


  • Creating a strong roster of no less than 30 A players as part of our network to rely on as positions become available.
  • In the first 3-4 months you’ll place 5-10 high performing candidates.
  • Keeping open positions/filled ratio in line with company's goals.
  • Full-cycle recruiting.


Culture:


  • Spearhead the creation of and implement training and advancement programs for our team.
  • Cultural and core values ambassador


Payroll:


  • Help coordinate and enhance benefits programs for our employees
  • Run full-cycle payroll through Gusto


Training:


  • Spearhead the building out of a training program for our new headquarters.
  • Including onboarding training and career development training.


Requirements


  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with all levels in the organization. You’ll be reporting to and working hand in hand with the owner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use G-Suite, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and set priorities.
  • At least 5 years experience in a leading HR function
