Overview Human Resources Operations Analysts are responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of tasks related to the operations of the department. They are responsible for analyzing data, developing reports, and providing recommendations to the HR team. They also provide support to the HR team in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Detailed Job Description Human Resources Operations Analysts are responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of tasks related to the operations of the department. They are responsible for analyzing data, developing reports, and providing recommendations to the HR team. They also provide support to the HR team in the areas of recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. They must be able to interpret and analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department. They must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Job Skills Required• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources operations
• Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR or SPHR) is preferred
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of Human Resources processes and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
Job Experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources operations
• Experience in developing and analyzing reports
• Experience in developing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures
Job Responsibilities
• Analyze data to identify trends and develop solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR department
• Develop and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations to the HR team
• Develop and implement Human Resources policies and procedures
• Assist with recruitment and employee relations activities
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations
