Our client, Euroline Steel Windows and Doors is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director.

Reports to: CEO
Location: Onsite, Yorba Linda, CA (HQ office)
Responsibilities will depend on client needs, but may include:
- HR Budgeting and Resource Planning: Develop and manage the HR budget, including forecasting, monitoring expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates. Develop effective strategies for attracting and retaining top talent. Implement performance management systems to evaluate and develop employees.
- Employee Engagement and Culture: Foster a positive work culture and promote employee engagement initiatives. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee morale, satisfaction, and overall well-being.
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Compliance: Stay up to date with employment laws, regulations, and industry trends. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs. Ensure that pay structures, incentives, and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization's mission, vision, and business objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with overall company goals.
- Policy Development and Implementation: Create and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations. Ensure consistent application and implementation of policies across the organization.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. Prepare and present reports on HR activities to senior management.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Implement performance development plans to support employee growth and career progression.
Qualifications for Program / Project Manager:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working within Manufacturing or similar work environments, highly preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Strong knowledge of California employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
