SEEKING A HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR

The Synergy Company is currently accepting applications for a Human Resources Coordinator.


Position Summary


We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support our People and Culture department. This position will provide support with administrative and clerical tasks, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee selection and recruitment activities, and other administrative and clerical activities to assist with compliance and departmental functions. This role will be responsible for supporting practices and objectives that foster an employee-centered, high-performance culture. At The Synergy Company, we emphasize inclusion, psychological safety, empowerment, quality and productivity, good manufacturing practices, and continuous improvement.


Requirements for this role:

  • Ability to efficiently manage and complete multiple administrative workflows with competing priorities (without getting overwhelmed)
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of respect for others
  • Knowledge of and comfort with computers
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
  • Experience with
  • Basic Administrative Functions
  • Integrity and confidentiality (This role interacts with sensitive personnel information.)


Experience in Human Resources is not required but is preferred. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior work experience with:


  • Payroll Processes
  • Benefits Administration
  • Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring


The chosen candidate will be eligible to go through a company-paid, foundational HR training program to provide or supplement their HR knowledge if needed. This position is supported by the People Operations Manager and the Director of People and Sustainability.


Our ideal candidate will reside in or relocate to Moab, Utah. We may consider hybrid and/or remote work arrangements for the right candidate with proven experience working remotely in an administrative and/or human resources role.


Pay Range: $22 - $26 per hour, depending on qualifications.
