Your Role In Our Team
As an HR Technician, you will be the first point of contact for employee inquiries, ensuring top-notch customer service via phone, email, and in person. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and complete employee records, including benefits, payroll, and personnel data in our cutting-edge HRIS system. Your expertise in handling sensitive employee issues with empathy and professionalism will be invaluable. We value your attention to detail and confidentiality, as you research and resolve questions and concerns related to employee information.

We understand the importance of a balanced work-life, which is why this position offers you the opportunity to work a minimum of one day per week from our downtown SLC HR location, with the rest of your workdays comfortably from your home. For rural Utah employees, we offer the chance to work 100% remotely. It's all about flexibility!
What We Look For
To thrive in this role, you should have at least three years of office experience, with a minimum of one year in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Your exceptional human relations and communication skills will enable you to excel in providing outstanding customer service. While data entry experience is preferred, we value individuals who can demonstrate cross-cultural competence and contribute to our commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
