Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist with a delegated examiner certification to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements related to HR operations, including but not limited to conducting audits, assessments, and evaluations. The HR Operations Specialist will also be responsible for providing support to the HR team in a variety of areas, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including regulatory agencies and industry associations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on HR-related matters and provide training and guidance to other members of the HR team as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues, including employee benefits, payroll, and leave management.
  • Provide support to the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits, assessments, and evaluations related to HR operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to HR operations.
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and make recommendations for resolution.


Qualifications:

  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software applications.

  • At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
