Job Description

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing top-notch transitional and tactical Human Resources support across various functions.
Responsibilities
Be the go-to person for our talented team, serving as the primary point of contact for all Human Resources administrative inquiries.
Guide and assist in the recruitment process to find the best and brightest talent that aligns with our company culture.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and fostering an inclusive workplace.
Offer exceptional customer service support to internal staff, management, and leadership, ensuring their HR needs are met with care and efficiency.
General HR Support
Provide guidance and clarity on human resources policies, procedures, and standards, fostering a positive work environment.
Stay well-informed about Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action guidelines, promoting diversity and inclusion.
Keep employment records organized using our modern human resources management system software.
Collaborate with our Senior HR Business Partner to address employee relations issues and create a harmonious workplace.
Maintain and update HR documents, making information readily available to all team members.
HRIS Management
Master the ADP Workforce Now system to ensure records are updated accurately and efficiently.
Partner with ADP support to resolve timekeeping and leave management matters, ensuring smooth processes for our employees.
Offer Time & Attendance support to employees and managers, providing guidance and resolving issues.
Payroll Support
Conduct regular audits of ADP payroll records, ensuring benefit deductions are handled accurately.
Assist in generating 403b funding reports and completing ACH electronic transfer forms for Finance.
Benefits Administration
Manage the process for processing qualifying event changes for all benefits.
Handle new hire benefits enrollment and terminations with care and attention to detail.
Assist in reconciling benefits invoices, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
Recruitment
Be the friendly face that pre-screens job applicants and identifies qualified candidates through various channels.
Advise management on recruitment and retention strategies, contributing to a talented workforce.
Organize job announcements and engage with potential candidates throughout the hiring process.
Customer Service
Respond to staff inquiries in a timely and accurate manner, providing outstanding customer service.
Engage with both virtual and on-site employees, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required, with at least 3 years of full-cycle Human Resources support experience.
Familiarity with HRIS system (ADP) is a plus, but we welcome quick learners who are eager to master new systems.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Outstanding professionalism, interpersonal, and communication skills are a must.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
