Hospital Director Human Resources

A Community Health System is looking for its next Director Human Resources to lead and support a full spectrum of HR functions within this East Central Utah Medical Center.
This Full-Service Acute Care facility stands as Utah’s center for health care excellence. The Director Human Resources will join an award-winning, nationally recognized hospital that boasts an award for being in the Top 20 in Patient Satisfaction for Community Hospitals across the nation.
Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Director Human Resources will bring a strategic focus to the executive-level HR support. They will oversee an experienced team of HR Business Partners and provide direction to improving performance within the system. They will be a resource for education within the Department and implementation of HR regulations and policies.
The Director Human Resources Will Be

• Certified as a HR Professional
• Bachelors or Masters degree prepared
• 4+ years of HR experience within a Health System
• 2+ years of progressive leadership experience
