We are looking for a talented and motivated HR Specialist to join our team. This role will assist with several different HR responsibilities on a day-to-day basis including Benefits, Data Entry, Employee Onboarding, Exit Interviews etc. This role will be instrumental in making processes efficient and people happy.
What You Will Be Doing

• Manage global leave of absence administration and accommodation requests in house
• Oversee and assist with cyclical HR projects - including annual enrollment
• Help in ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies, practices and processes
• Act as the first point of contact and provide excellent customer service by answering Instructure employee questions through our case management system and liaising with vendors as appropriate
• Reconciliation of HR vendor invoices
• Partner with our domestic and international HR Teams on a daily basis
• Perform various administrative tasks related to data maintenance and the transfer of data between Instructure and vendors.
• Other assigned HR priorities and projects as appropriate
• Conduct regular audits and analysis of employee benefit data to ensure data integrity.

Here's What You Will Need To Know/have

• Knowledge of Excel/Word/Google Docs
• 1-2 years benefits or HR experience preferred
• Workday experience is a huge bonus
• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree / equivalent experience

• Have an understanding of the HR Hire to Retire business processes
• Be open & easy-going with the ability to collaborate
• Self-starter and willing to jump in and help whenever and wherever needed

$50,000 - $60,000 a year
