  • Data Management and Reporting: Oversee data management activities, including data imports, exports, data cleansing, and data integrity checks.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement efficient and user-friendly workflows within Oracle HCM.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of HRIS projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle HCM reporting tools to provide HR analytics and insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Project management experience and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, and Talent Acquisition.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) and Oracle HCM certifications are highly desirable.
