Job Description


We’re looking for a Benefits & Absence Analyst to join Procore’s Global Talent Organization as a member of the Total Rewards team. In this role, you’ll work on the design, implementation, and day-to-day management of benefits and time away programs.


As a Benefits & Absence Analyst, you’ll partner with Talent Business Partners, Payroll, Legal and Finance as well as our vendors to deliver a great employee benefits and time away offering. Use your attention to detail, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence to deliver the right benefits and absence support when our employees need it most. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Benefits and can be based remotely. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.


What you’ll do:


  • Maintain knowledge of current, new and changing benefits, leave of absence and accommodation policies and laws including the COBRA, HIPAA,FMLA, ADA, and state and local laws.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist with day-to-day benefits and time away program administration: employee communication and education; enrollment (New Hire and annual Open Enrollment); and vendor management.
  • Ensure market competitive offering by developing and generating reports to measure and analyze utilization and benchmark trends
  • Responsible for reconciling monthly billing statements for timely payment and accurate enrollments.
  • Communicate with employees, managers, internal teams: legal, payroll, finance and third party administrators on company benefits and time away policies
  • Act as an escalation point throughout the leave process regarding eligibility, approval, return to work process, and advises managers and employees on the interaction of FMLA, disability, paid leave laws, etc. with paid time off benefits.
  • Partner to develop policies and procedures on the transition to global leave of absence


What we’re looking for:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent additional work experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying close attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • 2+ years relevant experience in the benefits/leaves/accommodations space
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and clearly


Additional Information


Base Pay Range $65,200-$89,650. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
