Job Summary
This is an opportunity for an experienced professional to lead projects and initiatives focused on Talent Acquisition and DEI to meet critical business needs. Work with colleagues across HR who are designing and delivering new programs and services, as well as improving and standardizing processes. Plan and direct project schedules, budgets, metrics, and vendors. Monitor the projects from inception through delivery. Primary focus is project/program management, rather than the application of expertise.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

• Active collaboration with key project stakeholders on projects and programs involving cross-functional teams of subject matter experts
• Primary focus is program/project management, rather than the application of expertise
• Lead and manage cross-functional/indirect team in planning and executing business programs
• Communicate and collaborate with others to analyze and transform needs and goals into functional requirements
• Generate and distribute standard reports on progress and performance against KPIs and/or project deliverables
• Plans and directs project schedules and budgets; may engage and oversee work of vendors
• Work with operational leaders within the department to recommend opportunities for process improvements
• Focus on process improvement, change management, stakeholder engagement, program management and other processes that drive adoption and impact
• Monitors the project from inception through delivery

Job Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Required Experience

• Experience partnering with different levels and across an organization
• 3-5 years of program and/or project management experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Operational process improvement experience

Preferred Education
REQUIRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a cross functional highly matrixed organization.
• 5-7 years of Program and/or Project management experience.

Preferred License, Certification, Association

• PMP, Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification and/or comparable coursework desired.
