Your Profile
You hold a high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
With a minimum of 3 years' HR experience, you're equipped to excel in a corporate environment.
Your commitment to diversity and multiculturalism is evident through your work experience or volunteerism.
You possess a working knowledge of relevant U.S. laws and regulations in the HR domain.
Holding a Human Resources Certification (PHR/SHRM-CP/CEBS) designation is a plus.

About The Role
As a Human Resources Representative, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional Employee Experience and Engagement, as well as managing Employee Relations activities. In collaboration with our team, you'll identify opportunities for improvement, building relationships, and implementing solutions.
This is a Full-Time role with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule – 2 days remote and 3 days at our Wakefield, MA Headquarters.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting employees throughout their lifecycle by providing information, resources, and guidance on HR processes.
Driving Employee Experience and Engagement initiatives to create a positive, inclusive environment.
Organizing engaging events, recognition programs, and Employee Resource Groups to foster a strong culture.
Leveraging various communication tools for effective employee engagement and community-building.
Crafting and sharing compelling content aligned with our mission and priorities.
Leading employee engagement surveys and analyzing feedback to enhance programs.
Executing processes, communications, and services for a defined employee population.
Advising managers and employees on policies and best practices.
Maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering top-tier employee experience.
