Hr Data Entry Coordinator

A chemical manufacturing company is looking for a HR Data Entry Coordinator to be onsite most days, may have the flexibility to work remotely 1x/ week.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of HR, this is a temporary position in Rock Hill, SC.

Pay Rate of the HR Data Entry Coordinator:

$28/hr

Hours of the HR Data Entry Coordinator:

8 - 4ish (Open to Part or Full Time)

Responsibilities of the HR Data Entry Coordinator:

• Query management
• Data entry & Reporting
• Other ad-hoc tasks as needed
• Tracking vacation time of fulltime employees (Everyone needs to use their PTO by EOY)
• Physically filing records (there is a lot that is not electronic)

Requirements of the HR Data Entry Coordinator:

• Workday experience, is a nice to have (will need to learn it in the Fall/ Winter 2023)
• Must be able to make logical decisions
• Must be organized
• Must be proactive
• Be able to work autonomously
• No Bachelors degree needed
• 2+ years experience in administrative (data entry, filing, etc)”
