Summary of Job Scope and Expectations:



The HR Data Analyst develops and maintains HR metrics, reports, and analytics to drive informed decision-making. This position is also responsible for HR system administration, ensuring data integrity, improving process efficiency, and delivering accurate HR reporting. The HR Data Analyst works closely with the HR team to develop periodic and quarterly reporting, metrics and measurements, while providing ad-hoc reporting as needed. The HR Data Analyst collaborates with and recommends solutions and insights to the various HR teams to optimize and streamline HR processes, assess people performance, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.

Descriptions

  • Conducts ad hoc reporting to support evolving business needs and data requests. Collaborates and recommends solutions to various HR teams and business partners based on data and insights derived from the data.
  • Responsible for HR system administration, ensuring data integrity, improving process efficiency, and delivering accurate HR reporting.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of HR metrics and KPIs to track and measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Collects, analyzes, and interprets HR workforce data to identify trends, patterns, and insights for HR Leadership, Operations Leaders, and business partners.
  • Conducts research and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Develops, maintains, and implements HR dashboards and reports to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and integration.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum three years of experience in HR, preferably in a retail/hospitality operations environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics or related business field required
  • If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on your start date, unless prohibited by federal, state or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Examples of proof of full vaccination include an original, photocopied or digital completed vaccination card which includes your name, type of vaccine provided, and date of last dose administered.
  • Successful completion of annual store training
