The role will provide finance support to multiple senior members of the IOT Sales Specialist team, focused on supporting day to day operations. Key activities include: •Driving weekly Global IOT bookings forecasting, and reporting and analysis, including partnering with regional finance controllers and regional sales leaders in providing forward looking business insights around attainment, forecast accuracy, risks/opportunities and recommendations. •Participate in new year planning and goaling to provide strategic business support across Global IOT Sales. •Analyze monthly overachievers and fine-tune sales compensation expertise specifically related to architecture goaling. •Assist in quarterly opex budgeting and drive monthly close (accruals) of expense, opex & headcount flashes, quarterly commits • Candidates should meet the below description:

1. Strong analytical skills, organization skills, and attention to detail

2. Ability to actively manage competition deliverables to meet business commitments and partners’ expectations

3. Strong collaboration, presentation, and communications skills and ability to work with multiple cross-functional and remote teams simultaneously

4. Proven Excel, Essbase, Business Objects, and PowerPoint skills

5. You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business with 5-7 years of relevant Finance experience

This role will support the senior leadership team of a global sales organization as a finance analyst. The role includes running bookings forecasting and analyses processes, goaling individual sales agents, reviewing sales compensation items and providing analysis for over achievement, and conducting opex activities around accrual and monthly expense updates and tracking. Sales finance experience with reporting and insights, opex, and sales planning is highly sought.

Additional position requirements: • This position is planned to be for approx 6 months while a team member is on leave. • At this time no travel is expected with this role. • We do not anticipate a need to add OT, however there could be some situations that increase the hours in a busy deliverable season • As with regular Cisco employees, a flexible work arrangement is possible. Remote work is fine, but proximity to Cisco office is convenient • Interviews will be conducted over Webex video •

Cisco experience is greatly helpful but not required. San Jose or West Coast location preference
