Why are we adding a 5th New Account Executive to the team?

  • So to make that happen we're hiring for a 5th US based AE to complete our pioneering US team.
  • Our Account executives are critical to our success as they understand the clients needs, articulate our promise to the market, and match the best solution to the problem.
  • So the vast majority of our deals up to 100k gets just done with an order form (great if you’ve ever worked with a highly complex product that’s a nightmare to book).
  • As the first US Mainland based team you'll be haymakers in this key region for us, and whilst we have big names like Hershey, Disney and Uber on our books, this is the biggest market in the world for us and you have the freedom of the whole continent.
  • As with all businesses, sales is the most important function as the revenue you bring in feeds the opportunities for everyone to perform and develop.
  • We’re looking for thorough but fast working sellers as this is not a very complex sales process or sales cycle.To give you an idea the average deal size is 25,000, with a 2-5 month sales cycle.
  • We have a team of 8 in Barcelona and have recently hired 4 in the US, expanding both the AE and SDR teams in line with our growth goals, with a major strategic focus being establishing strong growth in the North American market.


What will you be doing as an Account Executive?

  • Or they have a small insights function - but they are super stretched and need help.
  • As well as with our Insights team, pre sales engineers and customer success team who'll help you to build the business case and turn your prospects in to raving fans.
  • Our customers in FMCG are anybody who's scaling and they need the insights to make the right decisions from their customer data.
  • Our sweet spot is businesses with 20-50 in their marketing team, but they haven't built an insights function yet.
  • Our ideal customer profile (ICP) is fast moving consumer goods, particularly beverage and food companies.
  • The purpose of the AE role is to qualify and close new business opportunities which enables us to successfully go for our next round and scale this whole thing.
  • Our focus is on the mid market companies, from $100M turnover where they have enough need and budget for our solution.
  • You’ll be working closely with your SDR and Marketing to drive quality top of the funnel leads for you to develop and close to revenue.
