About Us
goHomePort was launched in 2020 by a highly seasoned team of investors and operators with a mission to make RV ownership easy. goHomePort is the parent company for three synergistic businesses that serve its core mission: 1) goHomePort Storage (focused on acquiring, upgrading and optimizing RV and boat storage properties throughout the United States), 2) goHomePort Rentals (an innovative RV rental management business built around goHomePort’s network of storage properties and additional markets); and, 3) goHomePort Service & Repair (RV repair business designed to meet the need for quality RV repair outside of the dealer channel). We are rapidly expanding our portfolio across the country and innovating new ways for goHomePort to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers.
Job Opportunity
goHomePort is a collection of businesses all designed to simplify the RV ownership experience. goHomePort owns and operates storage facilities, runs repairs and maintenance centers, and also operates a rentals business designed to provide income to RV owners or investors looking to monetize their RV assets. For most owners, RV’s sit idle most of the time while still carrying the costs of insurance, storage, and maintenance. The goHomePort Rentals team takes over the management of those RV’s and rents them to people looking to explore the country.
Fueled by the growth of both sides of our marketplace, we’re looking for an experienced Operations and Fleet Leader to oversee all aspects of Rental Operations in Colorado, Arizona, and Southern California. Based in Colorado (our largest market with 5 locations), you will be a player coach, leading a team of 3, who work within local and remote markets.
Responsibilities
You will work with an eco-system of partners to support new RV onboarding, storage, and service and repairs to ensure the fleet is ready to be rented at all times. You will partner with the Rentals Sales and Marketing teams as they identify end enroll new RVs to our service, and together you will build and maintain a high quality and diverse portfolio of RVs. We are a true scrappy startup. We work hard, and we play hard.
