Job Description

VP of Operations

Dallas

$160,000 - $180,000 + Benefits


Client:

Our client is a growing restaurant company that is expanding across the US. They’re now looking for a VP of Operations who can play a vital role in helping their expansion across the US as well as overseeing the operations of current locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Help achieve growth across the geographical area
  • Oversee all P&L’s across all existing and upcoming locations
  • Personally oversee all procurement negotiations
  • Oversee all team expansion including hiring and training
  • Supervise the environmental health and safety staff and services
  • Implement strategies for success


Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in a management position (ideally in hospitality, Real Estate or related businesses)
  • Exposure to sales and marketing functions
  • Sound understanding of processes and operational efficiency
  • Second language is highly desired
  • Strong management and negotiation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
