This position is on-site in Houston, TX near Chinatown.

Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 annual salary

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven background of leadership and employee development (this position will 8 direct reports)
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field AND an MBA
• Ability to provide hands on attention is all aspects of the organization, including site visits.
