This opportunity is based at our Service Center in Addison (TX).

What’s the opportunity?

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and motivated to manage the day-to-day operations of our office at the Cinionic Service and Training Center. This person would process global training registrations, service logistics systems and database management. while promoting and maintaining positive customer relations and providing administrative support.

Reporting to the Director of Service and Support, this is a position in which you can take on the following challenges:

  • Process customer purchase orders and invoices for product purchases, goods, or services. Examine warranty claims and handle customer returns and exchanges
  • Respond to customer inquiries by researching status of orders for repair, training or field services
  • Interact with other departments to ensure delivery schedule, warehouse inventory or help resolve account billing for training and services
  • Receive/screen incoming customer communications; communicate ‘non-technical’ information to customers
  • Ensure that all orders processed meet our audit and business governance guideline
  • Maintenance of audit standards and record keeping for all orders, contracts, correspondence, and documentation in relation to business

Your Profile

As a fast-paced and dynamic team, we are looking for someone who shares our passion for results and cinema. As a CSC Office Coordinator, you are an ideal fit if this is you:

  • Experience in customer facing role and able to build effective customer relationships.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office 365, Salesforce and ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and superb interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable taking end responsibility within the area of expertise; shows autonomous decision-making qualities
  • Flexibility and teamwork are an absolute must
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Well organized, demonstrating good time management and ability to prioritize.

Your experience

If you’ve got these in your background, we should talk.

  • Solid experience in working with an ERP system, as well as excellent Excel capabilities
  • Reporting skills; being able to draw conclusions from a complex data set and translate these into improvement actions
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
