Job Description

We've partnered with a long-standing Austin based Tech company who are looking to add to their leadership team with a VP of Operations.


Responsibilities

  • Direct report for Project Management team
  • Lead the build of a Customer Success team
  • Oversee compliance department


Who you are

  • Willing to learn new skills and technologies as the business grows
  • Player/coach approach to leadership is important
  • Prior experience in leadership position in small/mid size company
  • Excellent communication skills
