The Sales Operation and Event Manager will act as liaison between the company sales team, operations, vendors, and clients, providing information, service, research and support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, entrepreneurship, accountability and a continuous improvement methodology
• Manage multi channel event planning and execution in partnership with sales and marketingto support sales pipeline development
• Understand and promote AppyHere’s vision, products, and value proposition, taking a consultative value-add approach to our offerings
• Support the management of a complex enterprise sales process, working with and driving excellence across our sales, deployment, and operation functions
• Research markets by industry and geography within assigned region
• Track all customer information and progress in Hubspot

What you should bring:

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Understanding of recruitment process and workflow for high-volume hourly hiring
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Strong organizational and event planning skills
• 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Ability to travel 50%+
• 3+ years of account management experience
• Proficiency in google tools
• Strong knowledge of technology solutions serving the recruiting, HR, and/or hourly workforce market
• 2+ years of event management experience

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 USD + bonus
