Event Production Coordinator Jobs

A client of Robert Half is looking for a Production Coordinator to join their team. The client, a boutique experiential agency based in NYC, is looking for a candidate who is very detail oriented, enthusiastic, and has 1-2 years of experience in a production centric role for large scale productions, ideally events. This role will require some travel 4-5 times a years, and has an flexible in office component in NYC.

The position:

• Keeping up with tight deadlines and helping ensure the team is on track with the timeline
• Booking travel for events
• Filling in on ad hoc needs related to event production, including onsite support
• Putting together kits, and other items for show in person
• Creating production documents like timelines, schedules, flows, etc.
• Provide support to producers, senior producers and executive producers on a variety of projects for events, virtual and live
• Attending client meetings and internal meetings and taking detailed notes for team
• Collaborating with internal vendors to ensure deliverables are on time

Top Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in production for video or experiential, ideally within an agency setting
• Interested in learning and growing with a company long term
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Great attitude :)
