Job Description

Swoon is hiring a Event Coordinator for a top client in New York City!

  • 12 month contract with potential to extend
  • Benefits available: Medical/Dental/Vision
  • W2 Only // not C2C eligible// no sponsorship offered at this time
  • Hybrid (1-3 times a month)
  • Looking to hire ASAP


What does the day to day look like?

  • Assist in the team's sponsorship management including completion of sponsorship form, ticket assignment + logistics, event related planning, fulfilling sponsorship requirements related to marketing & advertising deliverables.
  • Assist in coordinating the execution of sales internal and externals events, including team meetings, regional customer events, small trade shows, gate events, sporting events, etc.
  • Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks - scheduling, project management (gathering x-disc data and information), all field sales team related communications, team meeting scheduling, memos and updates, trackers, etc.
  • Maintains the Sales Calendar for respective divisions.
  • Provides budget administration & audit assistance for all events.
  • Manages office supply inventory and tasks for respective divisions.

What's required:

  • Requires attention to detail, exceptional follow through, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently (once fully trained)
