About The Role
IMG is a global leader in sports, fashion, events, and media. IMG also specializes in licensing, sports training, and league development.
We are looking for an experienced & passionate Events Coordinator to join our team and to support the event operations functions. The Events Coordinator position plays an important role in the planning and execution events across the Arts & Entertainment portfolio while also ensuring everyday activities are operating smoothly and the events hit operational milestones.
The area of responsibility for this role is very wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of various company processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of post-event evaluation reports after the conclusion of the event, compiling data from all sources and agencies
  • Support on-site delivery of all sponsorship aspects across IMG Arts & Entertainment
  • Support on event production and planning on all levels: initial inquiries, invoicing and deposits, permitting/approvals, collecting insurance and working directly with rental and catering companies.
  • Ensure all vendors are set up and payments are processed accordingly
  • Day-to-day liaison between internal teams and external partners; communicating event updates and executing deliverables for tour sponsors; support regular meetings with sponsors, key agencies, and the event teams
  • Site visits with prospective location scouts and clients
  • Other duties that are within the scope of the role may be required.
  • Support Maintain client relationships and represent as point of contact when needed
  • Support team in develop of new event and client opportunities.
  • Coordinate all operational set- up and break down of events
  • Liaise between client and internal teams throughout all events
  • On site coordination for events across Arts & Entertainment
  • Administrative duties including maintaining company calendar, answering calls and keeping contacts up to date.
  • Special projects and initiatives assigned as needed.
Experience & Skills
  • Knowledge of live entertainment/event industry
  • Past experience in business strategy and event production
  • 2-5 years of experience within large scale outdoor events and entertainment venue
  • Past experience in client/customer service
Skills And Abilities
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Interest & knowledge of art and entertainment industries
  • Highly organized with an ability to work under pressure while multitasking and balancing different priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Exceptional client/customer service
  • Experience in event production
  • Ability to work both independently as well as in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the North American media market considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Demonstrated ability to build and develop professional relationships
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Support the development of event profit and lost statements
CIRCUMSTANCES UNIQUE TO THE ROLE
  • Outside of event travel there may be a requirement to travel for meetings as part of the role.
  • You may be required to travel to each event and work on-site for the duration of the event, as necessary.
  • You'll usually work normal office hours (9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday), however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in the lead up to/ during an event.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum
$58,500 annually
Hiring Range Maximum
$65,000 annually
