Your New Role

Support Senior Director and Production Manager across multiple Multiplatform productions (mid-form, short-form and podcasts) from development through delivery.

Your Role Accountabilities

• Work with other production managers and coordinators on maintaining project documentation and finding efficiencies
• New Vendor On-Boarding
• Traffic and manage the flow of deliverables and payment milestones through all phases of production
• Request Internal Orders, Create Purchase Orders and maintain payment tracker
• Provide vendor with all technical specs, company producer guidelines and troubleshoot video delivery issues
• Provide updated information to all parties regarding program delivery dates, TE results and receipt of final program materials
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication across all platforms and clients

Qualifications And Experience

• Must possess strong communication skills, both in-person and digitally
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Must be effective under aggressive timelines and high-pressure situations
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred OR equivalent work experience
• Understanding of common Television and Digital formats, terminologies and practices
• A self-starter who has the ability to prioritize resources among multiple concurrent projects
• Strong familiarity with new and emerging video programming and platforms
• Minimum 2 years of experience in production management working on both short and long form content for a television network or digital lifestyle brand
• Must have strong administrative, organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
• Candidate must have the ability to work with and maintain confidential information

The Legal Bits…

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
