Production Operations Coordinator Jobs

Our client, a Global leader in the Audiobook and Podcast entertainment space, is currently on the lookout to bring on a Production Operations Coordinator to coordinate pre-production, management relationships with internal/external partners, and coordinate end-to-end business processes with local and international Content Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Studios pre-production initiatives
• Respond to internal and external inquiries, relay last-minute narration and scheduling information, and trouble-shoot production issues
• Provide onboarding documentation to third party providers regarding asset and audio specifications.
• Identify and socialize process gaps, drive process improvements, and set system requirements in order to reduce churn and elevate the partner experience.
• Collaborate with the studio and metadata teams to monitor progress and ensure titles release on schedule.
• Collect and submit assets and metadata for production
• Act as liaison between external partners, local and international business teams, and studio teams

Basic Requirements:

• Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems such as Salesforce
• Minimum three years of experience in an editorial/publishing environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• College Degree required (Ideally one in a related field)
• Superb organizational and project management skills are also required along with the ability to work with cross functional teams under aggressive deadlines
• Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity and rapidly evolving environment
• Resourceful self-starter with an independent attitude and focus on excellence
