Responsibilities:

• Assign room according to guest request and preferences whenever possible.
• You have relevant work experience in the tourism industry
• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• We provide all certification training
• Follow up with clients to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
• Confirm reservations and cancellations
• You’re at least 18 years of age.
• Pre-register designated guests
• You have relevant work experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Work with top Vendors and suppliers
• Legally authorized to work in the USA
• Hotel and theme park Discount
• An opportunity to work with top vendors
• Verify and adjusted specific client needs
• Secure valid payment/fill out credit card authorization form accurately
• Review/Track/Accommodate requests for room changes when possible; communicate status to appropriate staff.
• Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
• Legally authorized to work in the USA
• Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly.
• File guest paperwork or documentation
• MUST HAVE WIFI
• Organize and coordinate check-in/pre-registration procedures for arriving groups.
