To help us continue effort, we’re seeking an experienced Director of Operations to join our team. Essential Functions

● Maintain a productive, safe and efficient workplace with a high level of engagement with all levels of management and non-exempt employees

● Collaborate with executive-level management in the development and delivery of key operational strategies.

● Deliver key budgetary performance goals and long-term operational plans that maintain and expand our operational abilities out 3 – 5 years.

● Maximize quality and operational efficiency through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration

● Analyze current operational processes to drive speed to our customers with savings.

● Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives

● Build and support an industry leading team with a focus on building talent and abilities.

● Uphold organization policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed

● Work closely with Human Resources to lead and develop your team with humility, sincerity and integrity. Establish and maintain a trusting, inclusive, and productive environment that delivers results.

Education & Experience Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.

● Must have experience working in a high-growth environment with over 1000+ employees

● 5+ years senior leadership role in a high -volume fulfillment center of at least 90k orders per day.

● Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management

● Proven ability to plan and manage operational process for maximum efficiency and productivity

● Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands

● Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legislative guidelines

● Must have ability to articulate KPI and related metrics and convey appropriate operational changes, adjustments, and processes to different levels of management and staff

Knowledge & Skill Requirement

● Experience with budget and business plan development

● 5+ years of experience working with a known WMS.

● Proven ability to develop innovative solutions for increased productivity using conveyance or automation.

● Superior negotiation skills in both internal and external settings

● Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, demonstrated by previous professional success

● Expert knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics using business management software (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM)
