Qualifications

Education/Training

Four year degree in a technical field (Engineering or Science)

Experience/Certification:

• Experience in production of process instrumentation preferred
• Experience in process management and process improvements.
• Minimum ten years’ experience in leadership and managing others
• Minimum five years’ experience in operations management in a production environment
• Experience with complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Low volume, high mix, high customization environments preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills to interface with customers, sales support personnel, engineers, production operators and management in an international company.
• Ability to handle audits and inspections by regulatory bodies or certifying agencies effectively

• Ability to motivate team members to perform well together on the production floor and across the company
• A proven record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams to gain alignment, resolve conflicts and deliver results.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and organizational skills to set and manage priorities.
• Must have a valid passport and be available for international travel.

Travel Requirements:

Up to 20%

The annual U.S Base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000.00 to $192,000.00. The base pay that is offered for this position will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity. Bonuses or long-term incentives may be presented in addition to the compensation package.
