SUPERVISES: Invoicing, Closeout, Quotes, Purchasing, and Dispatch departments

CLASSIFICATION: Exempt

Job Summary

Advanced Climate Solutions is looking for a Director of Support Operations to serve as the supervisor over our support operations departments including Invoicing, Closeout, Quotes, Purchasing, and Dispatch. This position is remote, however, may be hybrid if a candidate lives near Waller, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team, preferably in HVAC support operations.

• Assists other departments and employees as necessary
• Lead and support teams involved with support operations of the business
• Determine creative strategies to solve problems
• Oversee and optimize processes
• Manages support operations departments
• Performs related activities as directed

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Proven leadership experience or skills that relate to a management role
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Experience in HVAC support, specifically HVAC support management is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Ability to communicate effectively with teammates

Education And Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in operations management or a related role
• High school diploma
• Strongly preferred HVAC industry experience

Advanced Climate Solutions, a Helios company, compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000.00 in our lowest geographic market up to $85,000.00 in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. ACS’s compensation may also include annual bonus, commissions, equity, sign-on payments, as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
