Position Overview:
Kidokinetics is excited to welcome an experienced and driven professional to fill the role of Director of Administrative Operations. This pivotal position will oversee and elevate our organizational functions, ensuring the seamless management of our initiatives, and actively contributing to the overall growth and success of Kidokinetics.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies to optimize organizational processes, encompassing scheduling, resource allocation, and efficient management practices, in alignment with Kidokinetics' mission and goals.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the organizational team, cultivating a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Offer guidance to enhance team members' skills and effectiveness.
Operational Excellence: Continuously assess and improve processes, identifying opportunities for innovation and creative solutions to enhance overall efficiency.
Budget Oversight: Manage the budget, track expenditures, and devise cost-effective solutions. Deliver precise budget forecasts and reports to the Kidokinetics leadership team.
Resource Management: Supervise the management of resources, ensuring a secure and productive environment. Collaborate with partners and address related matters promptly.
Vendor Relationships: Cultivate and nurture relationships with external partners, suppliers, and service providers. Negotiate contracts and closely monitor vendor performance for exceptional service delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments, aligning processes with Kidokinetics' overarching strategies.
Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures according to industry standards and regulations, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal guidelines.
Information Management: Oversee the organization and confidentiality of relevant documents and data. Institute protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Reporting and Insights: Provide regular reports to the Kidokinetics leadership team, analyzing metrics and trends to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
2+ years of progressive experience in senior-level organizational or leadership roles, ideally within related sectors.
Track record of optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, nurturing a positive and collaborative work culture.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at engaging effectively across organizational levels.
Financial acumen and budget management experience.
Proficiency in project management tools/software.
Familiarity with relevant regulatory compliance and data security standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adept at adapting to changing priorities.
