We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sports Operations to join our team and lead the development and execution of our sports-related initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with sports executives, investors, athletes, and other key stakeholders to drive partnerships and collaborations.
• Oversee all sports-related operations and initiatives within FansDAO, ensuring effective planning, implementation, and execution.
• Utilize data analytics and insights to drive decision-making and optimize sports operations, including fan engagement, marketing, and monetization strategies.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance the overall sports experience for fans, leveraging blockchain technology and innovative solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain FansDAO's position as a leader in the sports industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sports initiatives with other areas of FansDAO's ecosystem.
• Lead the fundraising efforts within the sports community, leveraging your connections and expertise to secure investments and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in fundraising within the sports community, including experience with securing sponsorships, investments, and strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record in former front office or executive roles within the sports industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and strategic capabilities.
• Understanding of blockchain technology and its potential applications in the sports industry.
• Passion for sports and a genuine interest in leveraging technology to enhance the fan experience and empower athletes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sports executive role, preferably within a professional sports organization.
• Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data insights to drive decision-making and optimize operations.
• Strong connections to sports executives and sports investors, enabling you to forge meaningful partnerships and drive fundraising efforts.

Compensation:

• Compensation will be discussed at a later date and will be a combination of hourly, equity , and potential percentage of future membership sales.
