Regional Procurement Manager (Rpm)

The person in this role will be a key driver of sourcing excellence, truly optimizing the procurement sector of our GSM (Global Supply Management) organization. This position leads the procurement activities for internal production transfers across all global regions. In addition, but not limited to, leads support efforts in maintaining seamless supply to factories, sourcing and productivity projects, localization projects, global sourcing events and supplier negotiations.Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Experience working with a global and diverse team in China, India, Mexico, and US on project execution and strategy alignment
• Support the Lead Category Manager (LCM) on project management and executing category and regional strategies
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience inglobal strategic sourcing or procurement including supplier selection
• Ability to work independently to deliver results and influence stakeholders internally and externally
• Ability to take accountability for driving team results, overcoming challenges, and working in a highly matrixed environment
• Regional Procurement Manager (RPM) support execution ofcategory strategy within Region.
• Personal drive, high energy, strong teaming skills, collaborative style, and commitment to continuous professional growth
• Critical thinker that can analyze the current situation, develop a plan to improve, and execute the plan while be able to communicate the plan to obtain internal adoption.
• Knowledge ofmanufacturing processes, costs, and materialsand experiencemanaging mechanical component categorieswith lean manufacturing orsix sigma methodologies
• Strong influencing and change management experience with the ability to successfully manage complexity and multiple priorities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Lead and manage supplier relationships as the local representative for global affiliates
• High degree of creativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness
• Drive world class cost and margin enhancement(TCO Improvement)to deliver 5% YOY productivity
• Experience building category cost models/clean sheets, and monitoring raw material, FX, and market trends
• Identify and onboard new suppliers that are in alignment with the category strategy
