Director Of Marketing - Saas/Healthcare

OVERVIEW

PracticeSuite is currently looking for a Director of Marketing to join our Tampa, FL team. The ideal candidate needs to be skilled to successfully develop and execute departmental budget by creatively utilizing an ever-evolving use of communication platforms that efficiently and effectively target and reach key audiences. Motivating leader of internal and external marketing and communications teams, eager to perform what's professionally necessary to achieve success.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complies with company policies and procedures

• Be responsible for developing and executing media, website, and performance marketing strategies that build the brand and drive overall traffic, leads, and revenue

• Be an active member in the company’s leadership team, working directly with the companies’ executives

• Partner with current marketing partners to continue strong brand recognition

• Develop, execute, and manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies

• Analyze ROI and the effectiveness of marketing strategy/campaigns to optimize future programs based on the data for improved performance

• Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of all marketing, communications and public relations initiatives

• Develop KPI’s for the marketing department

• Assures consistent communication of image, design, production and distribution of company’s projects across all platforms internally and publicly

• Develops marketing and messaging strategies, public-relations initiatives, and crisis-communications operations based on the needs of the company

• Develops, manages and executes marketing and advertising budget

• Coordinates media events, acting as company’s representative

• Engages with other internal departments to continually understand and align with company goals and product offerings

• Develops and maintains positive professional relationships across company departments to ensure a positive perception and reciprocal understanding of company’s marketing efforts

• Supervises, communicates and motivates marketing staff

• Manages marketing related consultants and outsourcing relations

• Provides marketing staff direction and consistent, professional feedback using Core Value leadership to accomplish departmental goals ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects

QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of marketing experience in relevant areas

• Experience in Marketing targeting the HealthCare industry is a must

• Experience in Marketing with Saas related solutions is a must

• Strong data driven analytical skills with proven results of demand generation

• Performance Marketing: Managing strategies, tactics and budgets for Pay-Per-Click and Pay-Per-Lead campaigns

• Expertise in data-driven decisions, ability to manipulate data to create actionable insights

• Demonstrated capability of self-direction and motivation

• Excellent analytical skills – you really need to love data for this role

• Ability to handle multiple priorities at once

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Passionate problem solver who is invigorated by a challenge

• Energetic, collaborative, business-minded, and creative mindset
