As a senior member of Genoa Regional Finance, the position will play a key role as the financial advisor and strategic partner to the South Division Vice President. The Director will support growth initiatives, expense management and overall P&L management for the region.

If you are located in CST or EST time zones, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop standard approach to partnering with Division vice presidents
• Demonstrate knowledge to tie data to help drive patient care
• Lead a group of analysts to automate reporting and unlock analytics to drive operational excellence
• Lead development of business/financial case for specific initiatives and capital mgmt
• Work with South Division to manage financial and operational performance
• Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and identify areas of improvement

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience communicating complex thoughts in a clear, concise, and timely manner both in written and oral form
• Proven exceptional financial acumen
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with key business executives (Finance, operations, clinical technology, etc) to evaluate business processes and key drivers of operational and business performance
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues, assess implications and implement appropriate action plans
• Pharmacy experience
• Demonstrated combination of creativity and discipline applied to execution of scalable new growth initiatives
• Proven ability to proactively identify financial and operating issues and partner with the region to find solutions
• Proven ability to partner with the business and guide decisions to ensure operating and financial performance objectives are met
• Reside in central or eastern time zone
• 7+ years of relevant, high-impact financial experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid analytics background and attention to details
• Proven excellent communication and organization skills
• 5+ years of experience in pharmacy or PBM
