We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join Redstor as the Head of Marketing - Partner Acquisition.


You will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, specifically focusing on managed service providers (MSPs) and cloud service providers (CSPs) interested in selling our backup and recovery services to their customers. We are looking for a candidate who can drive new partnerships into the top of the funnel within the IT channel, leveraging innovative demand generation strategies and techniques, preferably within a SaaS business or ISV.


Key responsibilities will include, developing and executing a global strategy to identify, engage, and recruit new partners in alignment with our company's vision and goals. You will create and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, focusing on managed service providers (MSPs) and cloud service providers (CSPs) who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop partner acquisition programs and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify partnership opportunities. Achieving partnership targets and KPIs will be essential, and you will regularly track, analyze, and report progress to executive leadership. Additionally, you will represent Redstor at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to effectively communicate our value proposition and enhance brand awareness.


About you

  • 5+ years of experience in partner acquisition, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve aggressive partnership and revenue goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of the backup and recovery market is highly advantageous.
  • Proven track record of attracting new partners using innovative marketing tactics and strategies, including ABM, intent monitoring, and campaign design, structure, and execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively representing Redstor at all organizational levels.
