Director Of Digital Marketing

Our client in Tampa is looking to bring on a Marketing Director to be responsible for the social and digital marketing strategy of the organization including development of mobile applications & loyalty program. As a member of our team, this person will develop new and existing digital marketing initiatives with an understanding of ROI and how to achieve sales and growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Identify agency partners and vendors as needed
• Develop brand and messaging strategy for corporate and guest communication
• Analysis of marketing database and metrics to determine best course of action in brand growth and return on investment
• Act as an ambassador for the brand and digital identity, ensuring consistent branding
• Collaborate with team members to manage social content and profiles
• Elevate brand awareness and drive sales through digital properties
• Responsible for loyalty/rewards program and mobile applications
• Oversee SEO/SEM/web strategies
• Continuously improve the brand’s presence in a quantifiable manner, including measure and reporting performance of all digital marketing initiatives
• Build relationships with key media influencers and partners
• Develop short and long-term plans and budgets for marketing/communication/PR programs and its’ activities
• Partner with Graphic Designer on brand identity, new collateral and communication efforts (web, mail, social etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales or Related field
• 8+ years of brand marketing, consumer insights, digital/social media marketing, CRM, gift card programs
• 5-10+ years’ experience in marketing, advertising, brand development, with a focus on digital marketing
• Previous leadership and management experience required
