Job Description
Hybrid/Remote Position


As the Vice President of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with a team of exceptionally skilled engineers, talented sales professionals, and creative masterminds. Together, you will develop and execute cutting-edge marketing programs that leverage the latest technology and the power of AI.


In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for creating and executing innovative campaigns that drive business growth. With your visionary approach, you'll stay ahead of the curve by staying on top of new digital marketing trends and developing new strategies to achieve success. Through your active involvement and leadership, you'll guide the team in successfully implementing these strategies and delivering measurable results.


Responsibilities


Develop and implement effective marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audience needs.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and client services, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and a seamless customer experience.
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources in a way that maximizes impact and ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and grow in their roles.
  • Manage the company's digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, and regularly report to executive leadership on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and are consistent with the company's overall messaging and positioning.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and maximize ROI.


Experience


5 - 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and social media


  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners or vendors
  • 5 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a track record of managing high-performing teams and driving business growth
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience working in a B2B or B2C environment, with a deep understanding of target audience needs and behavior
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results
