Director Of Operations Jobs

We are looking for an organized Director of Operations to supervise the receipt, shipping and storage of merchandise in our warehouse. The warehouse manager will oversee picking, storage, receiving, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administrative functions. You will oversee, train, evaluate and reward staff. You will ensure the maintenance of company assets.

The Director of Operations is responsible for:

* Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.

* Implementing operational policies and procedures.

* Ensuring effective and safe use of warehouse equipment.

* Ensuring the safety of staff.

* Motivating and disciplining staff.

* Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.

Operations Director Requirements:

* Proficient knowledge of inventory management, SKU slotting methodologies and inventory management.

* 3+ years of warehouse management experience.

* Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures. (WMS experience)

* Proficient computer skills. (Microsoft suite)

* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Outstanding leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong people skills.

* Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM

* Seasonal OT (December and New Release promotions)
