Director Of Operations Jobs

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations for a bi-coastal wellness and fitness organization in Hillsborough County, FL. In this role, you will focus on overall operations, expansion projects, and facilities processes. This organization has seen organic rapid growth which offers endless opportunities for career enhancement.

Base Salary: $130,000-$140,000 (Commensurate with experience) + profit sharing bonuses, comprehensive healthcare, a great PTO plan, flexible schedule, and 401k + match.

This position will require travel to California periodically.

Relocation assistance will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Spa Director or Director of Operations within the hospitality industry
• Exceptional leadership skills and people management skills
• Previous experience indirectly overseeing a large team of 100+
• Knowledge of facility and vendor management best practices

Responsibilities:

• Overall team development, training, and continuous learning
• Identify areas of improvement and implement best practices to improve overall performance
• Implement sales-driving strategies in collaboration with on-site personnel
• Facilities process and management - ensuring camps facilities are maintained and up to date
