Our client is seeking a Director of Marketing and Content to own and develop the entire Marketing strategy and execution.

Who We’re Looking for:

The Director of Marketing and Content will primarily focus on the full-cycle Marketing strategy (content, email, search, social, lead generation, etc.) to support the company’s strategy. The ideal candidate should be experienced and hands-on in the latest Marketing trends, including SEO, re-targeting, email campaigns, campaign optimization, and analytics. The Director of Marketing and Content will manage, optimize and strategize organic and paid Social Media campaigns. Additionally they will drive email marketing, write press releases, optimize SEO and will be considered the prime stakeholder and advocate for the firm’s Marketing program. We’re looking for someone with experience in project management, content creation and social media who can expand our brand’s reach while increasing customer acquisition. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position based in Del Ray Beach, Fla. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player with creative control!

Responsibilities

• Monitor market trends and create competitive strategies and trends in the industry
• Oversee freelancers and outsource projects as required
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in online marketing, lead generation and marketing campaign management
• Manage relationships with 3rd party marketing agencies
• Communicate with the CEO about marketing goals and results
• Ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Direct the planning, developing, implementing and managing of the overall Marketing strategy
• Excellent grasp of social media and website metrics and best practices; SME in Paid and Organic Social Media marketing
• Plan multi-channel web, SEO/SEM, email, and paid social plans and campaigns
• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
• Develop and execute contact capture campaigns for prospects as a means of maintaining engagement and moving them through the sales pipeline
• Strong Project management skills are essential
• Demonstrate cross-functional collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Excellent attitude with exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
• Experience with website management (functionality and maintenance)
• Demonstrable experience with email marketing, database management, and SEO
• Own the company website content and design
• Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or similar
