Job Description

The ideal candidate is someone with a proven track record of strong leadership and running operations at a high level, with expertise in the construction or flooring industries. You will be responsible for leading the company's day-to-day operations so that all goals are met or exceeded in regards to quality, performance and costs while providing and implementing a successful strategic vision for the operation.

Responsibilities

  • Play an important role in coaching and developing operations team to ensure completion of tasks and meeting production targets
  • Measure the effectiveness of all processes (budget, operations, and management, etc.)
  • Determine company's strategic growth as part of the executive team
  • High-level negotiations with material and labor suppliers
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience growing and scaling an operation in a fast paced, competitive industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in construction, flooring, or related field
