Chief Marketing Officer Or Director Of Marketing

Overview:

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) or Marketing Director oversees all marketing initiatives and department-level personnel at Illustrated Properties. They directly oversee and assist in providing direction and guidance in the following areas: marketing, branding, graphic design, advertising, public relations, media/photography, market data, content creation, web and technology, lead generation. The CMO or Marketing Director is an advocate of the Illustrated brand and understands and effectively communicates the tools and resources that are available.They should be a strong public speaker and effectively deliver training, presentations, and internal company communications to brokers, staff and leadership.This position reports directly to the President and communicates weekly with the leadership team.

Qualifications:

Preferred (not required) degree in Marketing and/or advanced job history within similar field

Advanced knowledge of luxury marketing and branding principles

Knowledge of the real estate industry

Graphic design skills and training

Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral and written communication skills

Excellent presentation skills and public speaking

Ability to delegate projects and responsibilities w/ accountability platform

Excellent analytical and negotiation skill

Ability to demonstrate success with both print and digital marketing campaigns and programs
