Overview

Reporting to the CFO, The Director of HR will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture. This position will lead the development and implementation of compliant, scalable HR policies (people operations, compensation, total rewards, and organizational development functions) and processes that shape the employee lifecycle and support Netradyne culture. The position will provide outstanding customer service, be detailed oriented, and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop initiatives, policies, and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across the organization
  • Gather and analyze compensation data to perform analysis and make recommendations on subjects such as incentive compensation, bonus plans, sales compensation, or stock options
  • Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices
  • Oversee benefit and compensation plans to ensure cost efficiencies and attractiveness to retain top talent
  • Provide rigorous data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs
  • Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate courses of action
  • Provide analytical support for the design, development, administration and ongoing evaluation and assessment of the Company’s compensation policies and programs
  • Manage and facilitate the overall Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement survey throughout the year
  • Lead and provide creative solutions to strengthen the People team and enable the organization to perform effectively together
  • Lead organizational effectiveness strategies for the business including strategic planning, visioning, organization planning, talent assessment, change management and team building
  • Lead company and team culture events
  • Partner with the HR/Talent Team for various companywide initiatives and rollouts
  • Provide strong organizational leadership for the People functions including employee career development, succession planning, retention programs, training, and leadership development
  • Administer the Company’s annual short-term and long-term incentive plan awards and outcomes including payout calculations and projections, analysis, modelling, reporting, development and delivery of tools, communication, and manager training
  • Lead the selection and onboarding process for HR systems, tools, processes and continue to provide support for ongoing maintenance

Requirements

  • First-hand experience using Radford, Option Impact, Option Driver, Mercer, and/or other compensation surveys
  • Demonstrated success in managing and working with highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Competence in HR functional areas such as employee relations, compensation, and benefits, performance management, etc.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment and compensation laws to ensure policies, procedures, and reporting compliance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS or equivalent 10+ of experience in Human Resource Management (Sr. Manager/Director level min) in a high-tech environment
  • Strong attention to details for data integrity management
  • Excellent project management skills: ability to plan, coordinate, execute and achieve results on time
  • Strong proficiency in MS suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, project management tools.
  • Reporting and metrics-driven to analyze data and improve processes
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully work with peers and internal customers at all levels
  • Strong business insight and judgment, team orientation, and collaborative style
Economic Package Includes:
  • Salary $180,000 to $210,000

San Diego Pay Range

$180,000—$210,000 USD
